Galena Mining Limited (G1A) focus, following Completion of the Share Sale Agreement, will be the exploration and development of the Project. The Company's management strategy and the purpose of this Offer is to provide Galena with funding to systematically explore the Company's key projects, being the Mulgul and Jillawarra Projects, by conducting drilling and assaying, resource modelling and metallurgical testing, conduct scoping studies and other economic evaluation and studies on the Abra lead-silver deposit located within the Mulgul Project and provide working capital for the Company.
