Imagion Biosystems Limited (IBX) was incorporated on 6th December 2016. The Company's underlying business was founded in the United States. Shortly after its incorporation Imagion Biosystems Limited purchased all of the issued share capital in Imagion US from Manhattan Scientifics. The company's proprietary technologies and methods employ magnetic nanoparticles targeted towards cells associated with cancer and other diseases and provide the ability to detect these cells using highly sensitive magnetic sensors.
