Metals Australia Ltd (MLS) is a mineral exploration company. The Company Currently focuses on exploration for zinc and other base metals in Western Australia, lithium and graphite in Canada and uranium in Namibia. In Western Australia, Metals holds an interest in two base metals projects. The Manindi Zinc Project is located around 500 km northeast of Perth and is being explored by Metals with a view to expanding the existing zinc-copper resources and examining the project’s newly recognised copper and nickel mineralisation potential. The Sherlock Bay Base Metal Joint Venture Project is located in the Pilbara region, and is being managed and explored by Australasian Resources Ltd (ARH). The lithium projects are located in or near the most advanced lithium region in Quebec. Projects are close to the Authier and Duval lithium deposits. Lac Rainy Nord Graphite project is located in one of the most dominant graphite geological provinces in Quebec. The Company has an Exclusive Prospecting Licences over a uranium prospect at Mile 72 (EPL 3308) in the Republic of Namibia in South Western Africa. The Mile 72 Uranium Project is a large uranium project on the coast of Namibia, north of the city of Swakopmund.
