Principal Activity
Magnis has rapidly moved into battery technology and is planning to become one of the world's largest manufacturers of lithium-ion battery (LIB) cells. The company has announced plans to build 3 large scale Gigafactories: Australia / Townsville for 15GWh, USA / New York for 15GWh and Germany / North Rhine Westfalia for 30GWh. Magnis also holds patented next generation LIB technology for both anode & cathode with competitive cost reductions without sacrificing voltage, capacity or cell energy.
