Nova Minerals Ltd (“Nova”) is an exploration company based in Australia and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX:NVA) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA:QM3). The company has interests in a portfolio of mineral projects, with a focus on gold. They have 2 projects targeted at gold exploration: Nova’s flagship project, Estelle Copper-Gold Project, is located within the Tintina Gold Belt of the Northern Cordillera in Alaska. Nova’s Officer Hill project is in the Tanami desert in Australia’s Northern Territory. Newmont Mining Corp, owners of the adjacent Tanami gold mine have entered into a joint venture agreement with Nova in relation to this project.
