Pantera Minerals Limited (ASX:PFE) aims to acquire, explore and develop iron ore, manganese and polymetallic projects in Western Australia. Since incorporation, the Company has agreed to acquire 100% of the issued shares in Yampi Resources Pty Ltd, the beneficial owner of the Yampi Iron Ore Project, Yampi Copper Project, Weelarrana Manganese Project, and the Frederick Polymetallic Project. In addition to this acquisition, the Company has 4 additional tenements which are contiguous to the Yampi Iron Ore Project covering 620 sq km, under application.
