BlackWall Property Trust (the Trust) is a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust holds a portfolio of industrial, retail and commercial Australian properties and unlisted property securities. The Trust's segment is property investments in Australia. The Trust's cash and cash equivalents include cash on hand, deposits held at call with banks, short-term liquid investments with maturities of over three months or less and bank overdrafts. The Trust's properties include APN Toowoomba, APN Yandina, Bluescope Coolum, Canberra Eye Hospital, Chancellor Homemaker Centre and Silver @ The Exchange. The Trust is managed by BlackWall Property Funds Limited.
