More than a quarter of our bids originate from existing shareholders who do not have other channels for accessing a raise.

You maintain control because we do not provide brokerage for clients, give advice or exercise discretion over allocations.

Our investors are self-directed, they are able to bid quickly and hard. Most are investing in companies they have already followed or held.

Prior to raise
Fresh’s research team prepares a company write up.
Fresh estimates the level of demand using historical data.
Fresh regularly contributes to raises as a cornerstone bidders. We have capacity to commit to $0.5-$3m prior to a raise.
Day of raise
Term sheet distributed to s708 investors.
Questions and feedback received, communicated to the lead manager or company.
Bids collated and submitted as a grouped bid to the lead manager or company.
Post-raise
Single line settlement via direct deposit or DvP, all bids are guaranteed by Fresh Equities.
Communicate with new investors via Fresh, we will distribute messages or invitations to raise participants.
